Sea Horse General Contractors was formed in 1979 by Steve Nord. It began as a sole proprietorship with 2 employees and 1 truck. It has grown steadily since then into a corporation with a 5,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse and a fleet of barges, trucks and heavy equipment.
We are fully licensed in the state of Florida for Santa Rosa and Escambia County.

We have plans to expand our coverage area by opening branch offices in the surrounding areas and as time goes by we are doing more and more commercial work. However, we have no plans to close the residential division since it has always been the backbone of the company.
